65 And some began to spit on him and to cover his face and to strike him with their fists, and to say to him “Prophesy!” And the officers received him with slaps in the face.[a]

66 And while[b] Peter was below in the courtyard, one of the female slaves of the high priest came up 67 And when[c] she saw Peter warming himself, she looked intently at him and[d] said, “You also were with the Nazarene, Jesus.”
